It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone. Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles while holding a pose can build strength. Yoga is helpful for students as it helps by reducing stress and adding confidence to help make your mind clearer and produce a sense of peace.
