Moumita Bhattacharya has learned dance from Kalamandalam, Kolkata. She has started her career as a dancer/teacher from the year 1999. She has performed in many shows with her students as well. Since 2012, she has her own dance school ‘Nupuram Dance Academy ‘ affiliated with Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh. She has also worked in K.V School, Kharagpur. She takes care of her students, teaches them, and guides them at the level of her best. She always tries to teach them perfectly to be good dancers in the future. Nowadays many of her students have started their careers as dance teachers. She is an expert in Kathak, Creative, Bollywood, Folk, and Tagore Dance.
