And when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores.
    Exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function. Exercise has also been found to alleviate symptoms such as low self-esteem and social withdrawal. The most effective exercise plans should include a mix of three elements: cardio (or aerobic) training, strength training, and flexibility and balance exercises. This will not only maximize the health benefits, but will also keep your workouts varied and interesting. The principles of specificity, progression, overload, adaptation, and reversibility are why practising frequently and consistently are so important if you want to improve your performance.  Fit is often defined as having a lean, muscular yet thin body with low body fat, a tight, round butt and 6-pack abs. Endurance or aerobic activities increase your breathing and heart rate. They keep your heart, lungs, and circulatory system healthy and improve your overall health and fitness.
