    Health and Fitness class means the condition of being physically and mentally fit with good health. It is the ability to carry out daily tasks with vigour and alertness, without undue fatigue, and with ample energy to enjoy life. Health and Fitness class is defined as being in good physical shape or being suitable for a specific task or purpose. An example of Health and fitness is the status of your physical health. The condition of being fit; suitability, appropriateness, healthiness, etc. Regular exercise and physical activity promote strong muscles and bones. It improves respiratory, cardiovascular health, and overall health. Staying active can also help you maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and reduce your risk for some cancers. Physical Health and fitness class are classified into two types. These are - Health-related physical Health and fitness class and Performance-related physical Health and fitness class. Explanation: Physical Health and fitness ensures the overall Health and fitness of the human body irrelevant of age. According to the United States Department of Health and Human Services, physical Health and  fitness are defined as “a set of attributes that people have or achieve that relates to the ability to perform physical activity.” This description goes beyond being able to run fast or lift heavyweights. Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores.
    Exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function. Exercise has also been found to alleviate symptoms such as low self-esteem and social withdrawal. The most effective exercise plans should include a mix of three elements: cardio (or aerobic) training, strength training, and flexibility and balance exercises. This will not only maximize the health benefits, but will also keep your workouts varied and interesting. The principles of specificity, progression, overload, adaptation, and reversibility are why practising frequently and consistently are so important if you want to improve your performance.  Fit is often defined as having a lean, muscular yet thin body with low body fat, a tight, round butt and 6-pack abs. Endurance or aerobic activities increase your breathing and heart rate. They keep your heart, lungs, and circulatory system healthy and improve your overall health and fitness. Examples include brisk walking, jogging, swimming, and biking. Strength, or resistance training, exercises make your muscles stronger. Whatever your age, there's strong scientific evidence that being physically active can help you lead a healthier and happier life. People who exercise regularly have a lower risk of developing many long-term (chronic) conditions, such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, stroke, and some cancers.
