Why Does Sleep Matter?

Sleep is very important for all age groups, though the duration differs for each. It helps the body to recover from any anxieties and helps the brain to process new information. For children, good sleep is required more as their growing brain needs it more for developing properly. The researchers say that learning of new tasks requires enough sleep so that they do it at an enormous rate, whether it’s a toddler walking/talking or a high-schooler studying for exams.
